CCHT provides independent, nurse-led consultancy and compliance support for health and social care services. Support is tailored to the individual service — from a focused audit or management discussion through to a full mock CQC inspection and ongoing improvement support.
My Approach
My approach is supportive rather than punitive. I work alongside managers and providers to identify good practice, recognise areas of risk, prioritise improvements and develop practical actions that can be implemented and evidenced.

Turning Findings into Improvement
CCHT support does not stop at identifying what is wrong. Where appropriate, I can continue working with the service to help managers prioritise actions, implement improvements, strengthen evidence and monitor progress.
Training and consultancy can also work together. Where an audit, mock inspection or governance review identifies a learning need, bespoke training can be developed around the findings to help translate improvement plans into everyday practice.
